Plain English is used throughout the site, which is refreshing. It makes you feel like a human being instead of a bag of money. This carries over to the customer service team too, who get great reviews from existing customers. Bravo!
The range of investments on offer is pretty good and quite easy to navigate. And as with their ready-made portfolios, Willis Owen is particularly good at highlighting the risk level so you know what you’re getting into. It’s not the cheapest service but we like it a lot.
